A local dog bakery is hosting its first baking course for Cork pet owners

Attention, pet owners.
If your dog currently believes Christmas is all about them (and let’s be honest, it usually is), then here’s a festive event that will only reinforce their worldview.
The Paw Print Bakery, the micro-bakery-for-dogs proudly operating out of Carrigaline, is teaming up with fellow canine connoisseurs Dogsercise for what may be Cork’s most wholesome seasonal activity: a dog-friendly online baking class on the weekend of December 16th.

Lucy Marshman, the founder of The Paw Print Bakery Cork and patron saint of pups with refined palates, will be leading the session. Her mission? To gently educate dog owners on what actually constitutes a healthy treat for their beloved pets — and to teach everyone how to make the bakery’s cranberry and peanut butter Christmas treats, which sound suspiciously nicer than most of the biscuits in your own cupboard.
The event is part of a new webinar series cooked up by Caroline, the founder of Dogsercise, who specialises in all things dog-centred — activities, personalised training, and presumably the kind of wisdom that prevents your pet from eating the Christmas tree.
You’ll get a full recipe during the 7.30pm webinar, and it can be downloaded for up to two weeks afterwards, perfect for anyone whose dog insists on supervising the kitchen and slowing the whole process down.
There are only 49 seats available, and the last day to snap up a ticket (€25) is December 15th. Tickets can be purchased on the Dogsercise website over here.
