Blacks Brewing & Distilling is planning a tasty Christmas Market in Kinsale

If you’re looking for a Christmas market with a little more edge than your standard tinsel-and-mulled-wine affair, Kinsale has the festive day out you’ve been hoping for.

Blacks Brewing & Distilling is bringing back its much-loved indoor Christmas Market on Sunday, December 14th, and it’s basically the perfect blend of seaside charm, indie maker energy, and family-friendly vibes — all set inside Ireland’s first co-located brewery and distillery.

Expect killer food truck eats, craft stalls packed with locally made gifts, great music, and all the cosy, Christmassy atmosphere you need to kick off the season in the lovely warm Glass Box.

It’s the kind of market where you can browse handmade goods with a hot drink in hand, let the kids be kids and catch up with your friends and family in a relaxed setting.

They’ll have pies by The Pie Guys, Toto Pizza serving up hot slices and Spice Genie dishing up street food.

You can stock up on chutneys and jams for Christmas at Em’s Kitchen, and shop Molaga Honey, Wild Flour Bakery, and West Cork Olives for store cupboard treats for the holidays.

Local craft stalls will showcase unique, handmade gifts perfect for Christmas, including Gráinne Kay Ceramics, Emma Thompson Felt Artwork, Thistle Design Glass by Lesley Howie, Naturally Balanced Natural Oils, Southern Blossom Wax Melts & Candles, Bloom Handmade Design, Seodra by Sophie and Kinsale Sea Salt.

Guests can sip on festive drinks from the Lagoon Bar, with live music by Marcus Kelly in the Glass Box overlooking the water.

And of course… no Christmas market would be complete without some special visitors; Mr and Mrs Claus are expected to stop by too.

As part of the spirit of giving, this year’s Christmas Market will also support the RNLI, with on-site fundraising throughout the day to help the lifesaving organisation continue its vital work.

Join Blacks Brewing & Distilling for an unforgettable festive celebration filled with local flavour, creativity, and Christmas spirit at Blacks Brewing & Distilling, Blacks Lagoon, Cappagh, Kinsale, Co.Cork P17 AY10.

Phone 021 2459090 or email info@blacksbrewingdistilling.com for more information on planning your visit.
