It’s vintage, tarot, live DJs and good coffee at this dog-friendly Christmas Market

It’s shaping up to be Cork’s coolest festive hangout.
If you’re looking for a Christmas market with actual personality (and not just the same old stalls you’ve seen since 2009), mark your calendar.
The Dog Days Market – Christmas Edition is taking over the historic Saint Peter’s building on North Main Street for two days, December 6th and 7th, from 11am to 4:30pm.

Think cosy festive vibes, more than 60 independent vendors rotating over the two days, live DJs, creative demos, vintage clothing, tarot readers, handmade wreaths, local makers, and one-of-a-kind gifts you won’t find in any chain store.
Grab a hot drink from St Peter’s in-house café, wander the stalls, and soak up the atmosphere in one of the city’s most beautiful and historic spaces.

Dog Days launched its first market back in June and the turnout blew organisers away — so they’re doubling down with a festive two-day edition, right in the heart of the city and easy to access by foot, bike, bus, or however you roam.
Even better? It’s totally dog-friendly, so your four-legged mate can get in on the fun too.
If you want to shop small, support local makers, and do it all in one of Cork’s coolest venues, this is your December weekend sorted.
