They’ve just closed up the kitchen for a well-earned break.
But the work never stops at Baltimore’s two-star Michelin restaurant Dede at Customs House.
Head chef and co-owner Ahmet Dede has announced that both Dede and Baba’de, the team’s Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning casual eatery, will be reopening for Christmas at the end of the month… to those lucky guests with reservations.
“We’re excited to take a short break and recharge!” Chef Dede told his fans.
“Both of our restaurants Dede at Customs House and Baba’de Baltimore will be closed from November 3rd to November 26th. We’ll be back to serve you delicious food and great times on November 27th.
