Human Collective is bringing its *positive vibes* roadshow to Cork this month

Feeling a bit ‘meh’ about things lately?
Forget kale smoothies and sad desk salads. This summer, Cork is getting a dose of real talk with ‘Come Alive,’ a health and wellbeing event that ditches the preachiness and embraces the power of being a glorious, messy human.
Running from 9.45am to 2.30pm on Saturday, July 13th at the Marina Market, the event, sponsored by the sustainable clothing brand Human Collective and the MyLife App by Irish Life, is all about building resilience and figuring out how to be a badass even when your life feels a bit twirly.
The line-up includes best-selling author and all-around boss lady Rosanna Davison talking self-empowerment, GP Dr. Monica Peres Oikeh, ready to answer all your burning health questions, Caroline Foran, the anxiety warrior queen, and Stefanie Preissner, the media maven who’s all about rocking your authentic self.
Human Collective founder and activist, Conor Buckley will share his experiences in entrepreneurship and activism, offering motivation and strategies to overcome challenges.

This event has been designed to inspire, empower, and motivate attendees to transform their lives using the power of daily habits, the science behind gratitude, and the positive impact movement has on your body.
Basically, it’s a room full of folks who’ve been there, done that, and emerged with hilarious stories and actionable advice.
“Come Alive promises to reignite your inner drive, help you to discover the power of gratitude, unlock your true potential and boost your self-confidence through our fundamental themes of movement, resilience, community and connection,” said Rosanna Davison.

“I can’t wait to demonstrate an energetic dance demo with Dancing with the Stars pro Stephen Vincent, before he teaches some vibrant Salsa steps. With feel-good endorphins flowing through the room, I’ll be chatting with a range of inspiring speakers, including our incredible surprise guest.”
So ditch the self-help books and the self-loathing. Come Alive is about embracing the glorious mess that is you, and learning to thrive anyway.
There will also be goodie bags, spot prizes and competitions on the day and tickets are €42.26 here.
