A huge Lego show is coming to Cork for two days in June

Attention all Lego lovers.
A touring Lego show is coming to Cork this June, complete with huge custom-made models, dioramas, and incredible creations made by Lego enthusiasts.
Brick Shows Ireland will be rolling into the Marina Market in Ballintemple on Saturday, June 24th and Sunday, June 25th, 2023, promising themes such as Lego City, Star Wars, Ninjago, Technic, and Castle to name but a few.
The shows are targeted at children aged between four and 12 (kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times) and designed to inspire creativity and innovation while showing them the possibilities of what can be achieved with Lego bricks.
“As well as a variety of custom-made models you will also see some older and harder-to-find Lego sets on display.” the organisers told us.
Children will enjoy the Lego ‘free play’ area and will also have the chance to take part in interactive displays, such as a Lego speed-building competition where they can let their imaginations run wild and build their own creations.
A colouring station and a Duplo station for toddlers will also be part of the fun on the day.
Tickets are €9.95 and are available now here.
Sell your old Lego
The team will be trialling a new idea at the Cork show, inviting Lego fans to sell their own old Lego sets at the stand.
Simply bring your set (fully made) on Saturday morning and set the price you want to sell it for. Boxes and instructions are not essential but these will add to the value.
If the set sells, Brick Shows Ireland takes a commission of €5 for sets under €50 and €10 for sets over €50.
