A Cork couple helped write The Most Amazing Marketing Book Ever (out in June)

By Yay Cork May 5, 2023May 4, 2023

It’s a genius title, we’ll give them that.

But it’s no surprise The Most Amazing Marketing Book Ever is designed to fly off the shelves; it was written by 36 authors from ten countries who have over 750 years of combined experience in marketing.

Cork-based husband-and-wife digital marketing team, Frank Prendergast and Marci Cornett, are among the global contributing experts assembled by bestselling author Mark Schaefer.

Each chapter is written by a different subject matter expert and covers a unique topic, from basic strategy to inclusive marketing. Frank and Marci wrote the chapter on marketing research, a vital part of any successful marketing campaign but one that often gets ignored.

“We’ve noticed a reluctance among small businesses to do marketing research,” Marci told us.

“But it can be the difference between a winning campaign and one that falls flat. Our chapter shares ten easy tips to help any business benefit from cost-effective marketing research.”

Frank also put his design skills to work to design the book’s cover. To reflect the impact artificial intelligence (AI) has had on the marketing industry recently, he used AI tools to create the main illustration.

“I was able to use AI to quickly mock-up multiple book covers, and use marketing research to see which covers would resonate with our audience,” says Frank.

“The perfect blend of technology and human insight.”

The Most Amazing Marketing Book Ever will be released on June 8th and available on Amazon. Find out more here.
