A cute new drive-thru coffee hatch just opened in Bishopstown

By Yay Cork May 6, 2023May 8, 2023

We love a drive-thru coffee spot.

An absolute dream if you’ve got a sleeping baby or a gaggle of kids in the car and super handy if it’s lashing rain, pulling up to the counter for a mocha on the go is one of those modern conveniences we truly appreciate.

And now there’s a new one to try.

Thrive is now open at 6 Curraheen Road, Bishopstown, serving Stone Valley Coffee (roasted in Clonakilty), Ó’Conaill Chocolate, Galvins Farm Milk from Kilbrittain, and a selection of cold drinks, herbal teas, and grab-and-go treats – all to be had without unclicking your seatbelt.

“Our expert baristas will be on hand to provide you with the best Stone Valley Roasters coffee, and our friendly staff will be there to welcome you to our brand-new location.” the crew announced on Instagram.

“Whether you’re commuting to work or running errands, our drive-thru is the perfect place to grab a cup of coffee and a delicious treat. And with our speedy service, you’ll be back on the road in no time.”

The opening hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, Saturdays 7am to 5pm and Sundays, 9am to 4pm.
