A Sunday well spent brings a week of content.

And now you can get a soothing stretch in one of Cork’s most scenic locations to finish the week on a positive note.

A small, drop-in charity yoga session set up by Ukrainian refugee Olga Labetskaya is taking place weekly on Sundays in Fitzgerald’s Park.

“I met Olga last week who is a Ukrainian refugee that moved to Cork recently” reader Rachel, who attended the class, told us.

“She is one of the kindest souls I have ever met and she is a yoga teacher who is organising charity yoga classes on Sundays at 4pm.”
