Some pleasant weather up ahead, but the nights will be freezing

Not all good, but not all bad either.
The coming week promises some dry, sunny days… but prepare to wrap up warm once the sun goes down.
Met Éireann’s latest regional forecast for Munster suggests that this week’s weather will kick off today with a mixture of cloudy and clear skies, with just some patchy drizzle to worry about. Mist and fog will develop overnight as temperatures fall to two degrees.
Once again, Tuesday will be cloudy at first before brightening up in the afternoon. There will, however, be localised patches of (you guessed it!) drizzle. A foggy night will lay ahead, and temperatures will fall to minus one.
Wednesday will be the rainiest day of the week after a mild start to the day. By nightfall, drizzle will have turned into outbreaks of rain. Thankfully, Thursday will make up for it, as “patchy outbreaks of rain will clear the south of the country in the morning, drier and bright conditions extending countrywide through the afternoon, with some nice spells of sunshine developing.” The night will be cold (zero degrees) and frost will form.
But the dry, sunny weather is expected to return on Friday. While it is early days, it is expected the next weekend’s weather will be more unsettled.
