Take your new puppy to this frickin’ adorable socialisation playdate at The Bark Park

Are you a new dog mom or dad?
If you’re just getting to grips with your important new role, early socialisation is critical for baby puppies – it helps them learn the skills to grow up into well adjusted and confident doggos.
Now you can arrange for your beloved canine companion to spend an hour completely surrounded by other puppies this Thursday at a special event at the newly reopened Bark Park Doggie Daycare & Training Centre.

On July 9th at 11am, the venue, located in the Acme Business Park on the Old Mallow Road, is hosting a Baby Barkers Play-Date aimed at puppies aged six months and under – the ideal opportunity for puppies to socialise with other puppies in a safe environment.
Socialisation helps young puppies have a positive first encounter with other dogs in a new space, which can prevent behavioural problems when they’re older. A well-socialised dog will have an easier time being taken out to new places too, so it’s a win/win for both of you.
“Owners are invited to drop their puppies off for an hour of off-leash supervised play at 11am on Thursday 9th of July.” say the organisers.

“Unfortunately due to restrictions, we cannot allow owners in the Centre during this hour. Pair this with our weekly Sunday Baby Barkers Club and your puppy will be all set for “big school” Daycare when the time comes.”
The price for the 60-minute session is €10 per puppy. Call Sara on 087 7478 941 to book a place.
