If you’re up and about at dawn on Thursday, September 5th, 2019 however, you can get a whole lot more packed into your morning.

The Alchemy School of Yoga in Ballincollig is hosting a ‘No Booze, No Shoes’ early morning dance party designed to kick-start your day ‘from a beautiful space’ from 6.30am.

We can’t think of a better excuse to get out of bed.

With a live DJ on the decks, AM ravers are invited to ‘dance, move, chat, eat, connect and have a good time… all without booze, or shoes!’

No need to waste time making breakfast; the Alchemy crew will be serving chakra-themed smoothies, fresh healthy treats and plenty of hot coffee and herbal tea.
