4 Cork restaurants where you can ‘Dine in the Dark’ in November

Bored of hitting the same old dinner venues every week?
If you fancy trying something completely new, Dine in the Dark is just the experience.
Now in its third year, the eye-opening fundraiser is back with reservations open at The Oyster Tavern on St Patrick Street and Dillon’s Restaurant in Timoleague on November 1st.
You can also give it a bash at Holy Smoke on Little Hanover Street on November 7th and Feed your Senses on Washington Street November 21st.
Run the by the National Council for the Blind, the dinner series provides guests with a unique opportunity to explore some of the challenges faced by individuals with sight loss and blindness in a delicious setting.
Blindfolded before their food arrives, guests will dine in the dark, relying on senses of touch, smell, hearing and taste to experience dining in a completely new way.
Sounds like a fun evening – plus €10 per ticket goes to the NCBI so it’s a win/win.
