Need some new eye candy for your Instagram feed?

Look no further than Cork’s home-grown decor influencers.

For an injection of interior inspo, these three ladies are nailing the ‘gram game with their endless creative talents. Whether you’re seeking some simple interior escapism or you’re in the market for real renovation inspiration, these accounts are well worth a follow.

1. Saoirse Findlay @Shinnyscaf

Saoirse Findlay’s eclectic home is bursting with personality. Her quirky approach largely involves upcycling and DIY and she happily shares her tips and tricks on how to transform a house into a home without having to break the bank.

A master of mismatched patterns and lively aesthetic, Saoirse’s Instagram page overflows with plant-filled, tropical inspiration. It’s not all unusual colour schemes and tile stencilling, however. Being a mum-of-one, Saoirse often snaps (hilarious) moments with her little boy and shares family events happening around the city – super handy for anyone with young children.

2. Gill Deriu @Gillderiu

Another Cork based interiors whiz is Gill Deriu. Settled in the quaint seaside town of Cobh, her house reflects its surroundings; glistening waters and vibrantly painted buildings.

Originally your typical cosy cottage, Gill has renovated her home into a modern montage of greenery and pops of bright colour. Think industrial décor meets country chic vibes.

A perfect example of how to do open-plan properly, this family home is everything you’ve ever dreamed of and more. And fortunately for us, Gill often spills top secrets on where to find all of her beautiful bits and bobs.

3. Aisling @houseoffourwinds

This Kinsale creative sells unique typography prints on Etsy, so it’s hardly surprising her own home is full of interesting corners, framed photo galleries and art displays.

We’re especially obsessed with the red brick feature wall in the kitchen.
