But anyone who fancies a gin and tonic on a Tuesday evening is welcome to join a guided gin tasting in Costigan’s this week, where a selection of tasty new flavours will be on offer.
Costigan’s Cut returns to Washington Street on Tuesday, July 8th for a tasty little evening from 8pm to 9pm.
“We’re excited to welcome The Shed Distillery for a special evening of guided gin tasting.” they announced.
“Enjoy the bold, distinctive flavours of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin, perfectly paired with premium Three Cents sodas and tonics, along with the classic Schweppes.”

On the night, your €10 ticket will get you a Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin with Three Cents Tonic welcome drink.
During the the guided tasting you’ll be sampling Drumshanbo Gunpowder Fig & Laurel – served neat (soda to taste if preferred), Drumshanbo Gunpowder Brazilian Pineapple with Schweppes Ginger Ale and a slice of orange, Drumshanbo Gunpowder Sardinian Citrus with Three Cents Grapefruit Soda and Drumshanbo Gunpowder California Orange Citrus served with Three Cents Mandarin and Bergamot Soda.
