Has your dog has been practicing their “nice list” face all year?

Now’s their moment: Santa Paws is coming to Cork, and he’s ready for cuddles, photos, and a whole lot of festive tail-wagging — all while raising vital funds for the animals waiting for new homes at the CSPCA.

This weekend, pups of all shapes and sizes can trot in to meet the big man himself and leave with a photo and a gift bag for €20 (and if you’re bringing more than one furry friend, it’s €5 for each extra dog).

It’s the perfect excuse to dress your dog in something ridiculous and utterly adorable – Santa Paws will be held on the Saturday, December 6th and Sunday, December 7th at the CSPCA, Mahon. Kick-off time is 11am and the event will run right up until 6pm.

What to expect

Humans aren’t left out either — there’ll be tea, coffee, treats, stalls, and a raffle, so you can sip, snack, and shop while your four-legged sidekick charms Santa Paws for the camera.

The best part? Every single cent raised stays with CSPCA, helping dogs, cats, and countless other animals get the care, comfort, and second chances they deserve. Animals like Cooper (pictured below) a playful male Patterdale terrier cross who was found straying by the Dog Warden Service in Cork City this week.
