You can take a free Willow Weaving Workshop in this Cork park on Saturday

Craving a wholesome, outdoorsy activity that doesn’t cost a cent?
Ballyphehane Tidy Towns is hosting a free willow weaving workshop this weekend — and it’s open to absolutely everyone.
Taking place on Saturday, February 28th from 11am to 12.30pm, the hands-on session will be held in the Dr. Kathleen Lynn Garden at Tory Top Park in Ballyphehane. Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere where beginners can learn the basics of willow weaving and how to maintain their creations.
Rosemary Kavanagh of @BelongingtotheWillows will be leading the sessions.
No experience? No problem. The workshop is specifically designed for newcomers and curious creatives who fancy trying something a little different. Think fresh air, a bit of crafting, and a chance to connect with your local community while picking up a new skill.
