If you’re on the lookout for a new destination to stretch your legs and you’re up for an exhilarating challenge, then mark your calendar for an upcoming fundraiser that promises a one-of-a-kind experience at Fota Wildlife Park.
The Cheetah Run, a 5km race for adults and youngsters, returns to Fota Wildlife Park at 8pm on Thursday, May 18th, 2023.
The race attracts up to 1000 participants and offers runners an exclusive route through the 100-acre reserve, past giraffes, lions, tigers, and cheetahs, and through the neighbouring Fota House and Gardens.
Organised by Eagle Athletic running club, the park is open exclusively to those who are racing, and you can even bring up to four family members along for free to watch.
