Here’s a fun way to get some fresh air.

As part of their First Saturday series, which highlights local producers and new trends on the first Saturday of every month, foraging maestro Solamh Kelly will lead an informative walk around the UCC campus from 3pm until 4pm.

You can expect to find out all about the edible botanicals and flora available on our doorstep – perfect for concocting your own foraged salad toppings and cocktails at home later, without poisoning yourself.
