It’s the dream girly getaway.

On Wednesday, June 19th, 2019, the award-winning spa at Fota Island Resort is hosting their Spa Goers Mind & Body Haven event, the perfect excuse to enjoy some pampering and relaxation before the summer.

Taking place at 9am, 12pm, 3pm and 6pm, the event will give guests the chance to learn everything they need to know about meditation, skin care and self-discovery.

The fun begins with a guided tour of the Spa, where guests can experience all of the world class facilities, including the thermal suite, hydrotherapy pool and Ireland’s only walking river.

Later, spa therapists will guide attendees through a guided meditation session and discovery session, teaching them ways to achieve inner peace. The event will finish with personalised skin consultations, goodie bags, refreshments and a few surprises along the way.
