Yay Cork is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Advertising Sales Manager to join our fun, friendly team.

The ideal candidate will be a target-driven self-starter with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, agency experience, and a proven track record in digital sales.

A strong understanding of (and flair for!) digital media and targeted advertising is essential.

The Role:

• Build a pipeline and maximise advertising sales revenue across all Yay Cork channels
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Develop annual sales strategy and goals
• Collaborate with the editorial team on innovative best-in-class creative campaigns
• Track and report campaign performance to ensure client targets are being met and exceeded

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ of advertising sales experience
• Proven history in meeting or exceeding targets and closing sales
• Valid driver’s license
