Well known café Cinnamon Cottage is opening a second location in a scenic spot

They make an outrageously good sausage roll.
And now Rochestown’s bakery Cinnamon Cottage is bringing its coffee, cakes and cosy café vibes to Monkstown this summer.
Cork coffee lovers are in for a treat as the popular café prepares to open a second location in the heart of the harbour village. The much-loved café will take over the former Napoli premises on Castle Terrace and work has already begun ahead of the launch.
Locals are already buzzing about the new addition, especially with the Greenway set to pass right outside the café doors — a move expected to bring plenty of passing trade, walkers and cyclists looking for a coffee stop with a view.

Known for its warm welcome and homemade offerings, Cinnamon Cottage has built a loyal following, and the Monkstown expansion marks an exciting new chapter for the business. The team is also now hiring ahead of opening day, with both full-time and part-time roles available for front of house staff and chefs.
In a post announcing the expansion, the café said they are looking for “passionate, friendly people to join our growing team as we open our doors by the water.”
