Here’s one for adventurous eaters only.

Flavour Notes is back with another pop-up dinner at On the Pig’s Back in Douglas… and this one’s got a comedy twist.

The collective, a group of experienced chefs and musicians working together to showcase their skills, is creating an April Fool’s Day dining experience on April 1st.

Diners will enjoy an eight-course menu for just €40… and this one features dishes such as ‘Monkfish… or is it?’, Alphabetti Spaghetti, ‘Cones’ and ‘Pie’.
