Walk-in vaccinations will continue in Cork this weekend – here are the times and locations

We don’t mean to nag but… get jabbed!
Cork’s vaccination efforts continue apace this weekend with walk-in jabs (first and second) available at three different centres.
Anyone over the age of 16 can get a vaccine, as can children between the ages of 12 and 15 as long as they’re accompanied by a parent or guardian.
As always, the HSE requires that anyone seeking a second dose of the Pfizer vaccine has waited at least 21 days since they received their first shot. Those received an AstraZeneca shot for their first dose are also eligible to receive a Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine as their second dose.
The time-slots for this weekend’s walk-in services are as follows.
Bantry Primary Care Centre
- Sunday 26 September, 9.15am to 3pm
City Hall Cork
- Friday 24 September, 2pm to 4pm
- Saturday 25 September, 11am to 2pm
Clonakilty GAA Club
- Saturday 25 September, 9.15am to 3pm
Separately, walk-in vaccination clinics for students will be operating on the campuses of both UCC and Munster Technological University next week.
