Two September Clothes Swaps that are perfect for an autumn wardrobe update

Start gathering some gems from your cupboards.
If your wardrobe is full of clothes you never wear but you can’t resist the temptation to buy more, there’s a slightly more sustainable solution coming to Cork this September.
The September Swap is back, giving fashion lovers the chance to clear out some unwanted pieces and hopefully come home with a few new-to-you favourites.
The event will take place across two dates in Cork, starting with an evening event at Rebel Reads Cork Bookshop on Wednesday, September 2nd from 7pm to 8pm.
The second swap will then take place at STP Cork on North Main Street on Saturday, September 19th from 11am to 1pm.

The idea is pretty straightforward: bring along up to five pieces of clothing or jewellery that you no longer wear and swap them for up to five finds brought along by other attendees.
It’s also a handy excuse to have a rummage through your wardrobe and potentially come away with something completely different, without spending money on a whole new outfit.
Tickets are available through Eventbrite, with the option to pay cash at the door also available.
