TWO more Cork coffee companies are opening brand new coffee shops in August

By Katie Mythen-Lynch July 24, 2024July 24, 2024

It’s been an epic week for coffee lovers.

But if you thought a new Paul Street café from Guji, Stonevalley at new sandwich spot Happy Days on Penrose Wharf, Fadós new hatch in Douglas and The West Cork Jesters new Coffee Stop in Durrus was enough for one week, there’s more.

Two more well-known Cork coffee brands have just announced new locations: Three Fools Coffee is opening a Douglas Court spot, adding to their other locations on the Grand Parade and in Carrigaline, and Priory Coffee is unveiling a large new base in Crosshaven, opening this summer.

“Exciting news, coffee lovers! @threefoolscoffee is coming soon to Douglas Court Shopping Centre!” the Centre management announced on Instagram.

“Get ready to experience your favourite brews in a whole new way. Stay tuned for more updates and be the first to sip their amazing coffee!”

Down by the sea in Crosshaven, the Priory Coffee Co. crew shared an incredible before and after shot of their new café, which will open in the coming weeks:

“While local, we try to have an international design ethos, to bring something special to Crosshaven! Watch this space!” they posted.
