This West Cork pub is already taking bookings for a wildly popular food truck pop-up

This is always worth the spin.
If you’re planning a trip down west to round out the summer, start getting yourself together now to team it with a dinner stop at Levis Corner House, Ballydehob.

Chef Caitlin Ruth will be parking up her famous food truck out back to serve up a delicious al fresco feast from Wednesday to Saturday, August 14th to 31st, 2024.
The award-winning chef and champion of Irish food will be firing up the grill to present a secret menu of outrageously good dishes using the best of local produce.

If you’re wondering what to expect, the best advice is to keep it loose, but here’s a taster from last year’s Mexican-themed event from McKenna’s Guides:
“The cooking is sublimely successful, but also generous and involving: each diner actually gets to eat every dish Ms Ruth cooks, from the opening drink of pineapple tepache to the final lush chocolate and coffee ice cream sandwich with caramel, rum cream and pecan. It’s a riot of colour and complexity. It’s the soul of Mexican food.”
The only way to book is to email caitlinatlevis@gmail.com for a booking form.
