This theatre’s costume department sale will THRILL Cork vintage hunters

This is a rare treat for true vintage fans.
The costume department at Cork’s Everyman Theatre is hosting a fundraising vintage sale in March, inviting the public to take a behind-the-scenes look at their heaving rails of clothing and accessories and shop for treasures.
The Everyman’s Vintage Fundraiser will run on Saturday and Sunday, March 25th and 26th, from 11am to 4pm on both days.
For the super-enthusiastic, some early access will be granted on Saturday (tickets for this are €10 here and they even include a glass of mimosa or a mimosa mocktail.)
“Our costume department is bursting at the seams with original designs, thrifted gems, and high street fashion that we’ve collected down through the years and it’s time for a clear out.” an Everyman insider told us.

“Now’s your chance to get your hands on threads that have treaded the boards of The Everyman stage and beyond whilst supporting your local theatre.
“The Everyman is a registered charity with only eight percent of our income coming from government funding, we rely on support from donors, supporters, and members to continue to champion artists, produce theatre of the highest quality, and be a valuable cultural asset to our community.”
Can’t argue with that, now can we? We’ll be bringing a big bag for a haul.
