This popular independent coffee shop is opening a new café in Cork’s Victorian Quarter

It’s all happening across the bridge these days.
Independent coffee shop chain Priory Coffee has revealed its next outlet will be opening soon on Mac Curtain Street, as the area continues to spring back to life following a tricky 18 months.
The Victorian Quarter outlet will be the brand’s sixth café, with busy baristas already brewing up daily on North Main Street in the City Centre, Main Street Youghal, Main Street Mallow, Brian Boru Square in Fermoy and Riverstick.

Priory Coffee Co. serves gourmet Badger & Dodo coffee and a range of freshly prepared, locally sourced food including brunch, pastries and cakes.
The new summer menu, launched last month, includes a Lebanese Flatbread, a Bursting Berry Granola, and a new selection of sourdough toasties including a Reuben with Ballymaloe Relish.
