Waffles are always a winner.

There’s not much that doesn’t go with them, especially any kind of topping that can be melted, slathered or spread.

Down on George’s Quay, Casanova Gelato has just added a whole host of new options to their Liège Waffle menu and TBH, it’s exactly what we need as we recover from the extra-long bumper bank holiday.

You can still order fan favourites Simple or Gelato Waffles, but the new additions include Nutella, Oreo, Reese’s and Bueno, each of which come topped with a sauce of your choosing and a dollop of fresh cream.

Additions have also been made to their Sundae menu, just in time for the fine weather.

You can choose from over eight options including brownie, churros, doughnuts and Oreo.
