It’s one of our favourite pastimes.
And if a bit of people-watching is one of your unspoken hobbies, a new café and deli opening this spring will offer the perfect perch.
When Nádúr Deli opens this spring on Douglas Street, customers will be able to take a seat in the window and find themselves unwittingly drawn into the silent theater of everyday life.
The new café will open at the entrance plaza of Nano Nagle Place as the charming little sister to Good Day Deli.
“Views from Nádúr Deli – we’ll have three stools in this window.” the Good Day Deli crew revealed on Instagram, sharing the streetscape photo featured above.
The view from the plaza seating will be pretty epic too:

Owner Clare Condon told Yay Cork that the new spot will focus on natural foods and wines. There will also be outdoor seating at the kiosk on the front plaza of Nano Nagle Place on Douglas Street.
The name ‘Nádúr’ means ‘nature’ in Irish. This perfectly encapsulates the ethos of the passionate team behind the two eateries, all seriously committed to championing sustainable food practices, preserving the natural environment, and nurturing local economies and communities.
