With Cork on a Fork festival just around the corner, The Imperial Hotel is pulling out all the stops to impress the city’s discerning cocktail drinkers by enlisting the help of a superstar mixologist for one very special event.

Cal Byrne, Brand Ambassador for Diageo’s luxury spirits and World Class Lead, will be visiting the South Mall’s grande dame on Saturday, August 19th, 2023 to host Mix at No.76; a fun cocktail-making demo followed by a delicious brunch.

Having placed in the Top 10 globally in World Class 2021, Cal has a wealth of knowledge and passion for cocktails and hospitality developed over more than a decade in the business.

From classic concoctions to inventive twists, this cocktail-making class promises to tantalise your taste buds while inspiring your inner bartender.

But that’s not all – after the spirited demo, a sumptuous brunch awaits, inviting guests to pair delectable dishes with more handcrafted libations.

The best bit? The fun starts at 2pm so you can still nab that weekend sleep-in with plenty of time to get ready.
