This is where you can drop off your old pumpkins so they can be re-used on a farm

Looking for a good home for your Jack-o-lantern?
It’s a terrible waste to dump your Halloween pumpkins in the bin when the spooky fun is over, but what else to do when Christmas is fast approaching?
Now the Marina Market has come up with the answer; this weekend you can drop off your pumpkins so they can be put to good use on a farm.
“If your Halloween pumpkins are beginning to haunt your home with the smells of over-ripe produce, you can send them peacefully to pasture by composting them with a local farm.” the Market announced on Instagram.

“We will be doing a collection for any old pumpkins you may have at the Marina Market to ensure they are not wasted. So please drop off at any time.”
Only untreated pumpkins (no bleached, painted or sprayed pumpkins) will be collected.
