This gin cocktail masterclass runs once a month (and tickets include custom drinks)

A Cork distillery has launched a weekly Cocktail Masterclass at their Marina HQ and it sounds like the perfect way to start the weekend.
Starting on Friday, October 28th, the Cocktail Masterclasses will take place every Friday onsite in Rebel City Distillery’s boutique micro-distillery, housed in the landmark old Ford building.

Running from 5pm-7pm, the experience begins with a Guided Distillery Tour Experience before guests learn the basics of mixology and create bespoke cocktails to enjoy in the studio as they check out the original artwork from local artists.
Students will also leave with new shaking and stirring techniques and create two custom cocktails containing products from the Rebel City Distillery Series, under the guidance and support of Head Mixologist, Aisling Barrett.
The event is open to the public and is priced at €35pp (minimum four people) with ingredients and equipment provided.
A private Cocktail Masterclass is also bookable at €40pp, including the guided creation of three custom cocktails and the tour. This can be booked by directly contacting the distillery at info@rebelcitydistillery.com.
