We love a whiskey cocktail.

Especially when it’s shaken or stirred by an expert mixologist and paired with a carefully curated menu as part of an uber-fancy night out.

On Friday, April 21st, two sets of lucky diners will be treated to all of this and more at a Gallaghers X Roe & Co immersive experience at Gallaghers on MacCurtain Street.

Gallaghers will be collaborating with Diageo to showcase their rising star Roe & Co with World Class Mixologist Finalist, Cal Byrne O’Flaherty, and the perfect pairing menu.

“There will be two sittings, one at 5:30pm and one at 8:30pm, both will include a four-course tasting menu paired with bespoke Roe & Co cocktails.” they told us.

“On arrival, guests will instantly feel a sense of luxury and excitement, as they are greeted with a welcome cocktail before being led to their exclusive seating area. 

“The courses have each been carefully curated with individual themes in mind, some of which touch on sustainability and some which have ingredients taken from a dish which is then replaced within the cocktail.”

Throughout the tasting courses, Cal Byrne O’Flaherty will help guide guests through the flavours, telling the story behind how each cocktail compliments the selected dishes.

After a truly immersive evening, guests will go home with a Roe & Co gift bag of goodies to enjoy later.
