This €22 pizza feast for two is the deal to take home this weekend

It’s finally the weekend.
And if you can’t be bothered to face the culinary Everest that is making your own dinner, Sano Pizza on Parnell Place has come up with a pocket-friendly solution.
For the very reasonable price of €22, you can snag two of their famous bake-at-home pizzas (no waiting for the delivery guy at the door during your movie night on the sofa) two dips for dunking your crusts, and two desserts – because, let’s face it, every pizza night needs a sugary ending,
Hand-made by the Sano pizzaiolos using the same fresh dough, tomato sugo, basil, olive oil and mozzarella they use in their pizzeria, the bake-at-home pizzas are blast chilled and then vacuum packed to ensure freshness. just follow the instructions and enjoy in your PJs.
The real question is, will you go for the classic tiramisu or the filled cannoli? Decisions, decisions…

SANO Cork is the fourth restaurant in the chain owned by twin brothers Ray and Tony McHugh, who came up with the concept after they visited Naples.
“All pizzas in Naples are made using sourdough base, and cooked in traditional stone ovens at 500 degrees,” they explain.
“Not only were these pizzas delicious, they had a much lower salt content.”
The other thing that struck the twins was how affordable the pizzas were – everywhere they went in Naples, the pizzerias were jammed packed with people, out enjoying fine food at affordable prices.
