This dreamy North Cork venue is hosting three pop-up festive feasts

This is the ultimate foodie’s experience
A series of new Festive Feast Pop-Ups at Ballyvolane House will star sustainable produce (and a rather delicious Bertha’s Revenge gin cocktail).
The mouthwatering Long Table Festive Feasts on Saturdays November 11th and Friday, December 15th will be headed up by chef Chris Jeffrey and will celebrate seasonal produce, including goodies from their own three-acre walled garden.
The idyllic Fermoy venue takes sustainability seriously — growing, sourcing, and preparing food that is kinder to the environment and animal welfare and does not add to the climatic burden.

Their working garden provides fruit, vegetables, and herbs for the kitchen much of the year round. The house also has various kinds of rare-breed pigs along with the large flock of Muscovy ducks and hens who lay eggs for the breakfast table and for baking. Love.
One of the stars of the festive feasts will be the venue’s Bertha’s Revenge Gin, which is Origin Green certified and is set to add a splash of delight to the evening. Their expert mixologists will craft the perfect Bertha’s Revenge cocktail (or two) to elevate the dining experience to a whole new level.
Tickets are €80 per person, and for that, you get a warm welcome with a Bertha’s Revenge gin cocktail, a sumptuous three-course dinner, and tea or coffee to round off the feast. The fun begins at 7pm and you can book here.
