This could be a fun family experience.

RTÉ KIDS Jr’s popular science show, Let’s Find Out! has put a call out to Cork kids and their parents to join them on screen in the new series.

Starring real-life scientists Mark Langtry and Amy Hassett as crewmates on the spaceship Curiosity, captained by alien Zoom,  this new season will feature children – and their families – joining the crew in a series of science-based adventures.

For each episode, the producers are looking for two children aged between five and 10 years and one or two adults (parent or guardian to feature).

If chosen for filming, the children will feature together demonstrating a science experiment and the family will feature together on camera at home and/or another location.

The only catch? Families must be available to film at a location in Cork City on one day over the week of July 13th, 2026.

There will be a second shoot date at a separate location at a later date over the summer.

Interested? Families can apply now here.
