This cosy Blackrock pub just launched a brand new brunch menu

‘Tis the season for eating with wild abandon.
And what better meal than brunch for catching up with your mates in the run-up to Christmas?
We’re always on the lookout for a new brunch offering so The Leaping Salmon in Blackrock is firmly on our list for this weekend, after they unveiled a mighty new menu.
If you’re feeling fancy, plump for the Champagne Eggs Hollandaise or The Flying Greek (€13.50), a festival of smashed avocado, Greek feta, toasted papitas and poached eggs with lemon – zingy.
The dish we’re most excited about is something called The Sneem Pudding; Kerry’s finest plated up with oven dried tomato, fried eggs, crushed baby potato, bois boudran bloody Mary sauce and broccolini with sourdough (€14).
There’s a Stack of Maple Bacon served with a pair of fried eggs, crushed baby potatoes and (wait for it) gin brown sauce too (€14.50).
That’ll set you up for a day’s Christmas shopping. Or you could order another Bloody Mary and stay put.
