This Cork food truck will do something insane to your bag of crisps

Can’t get enough Christmas excess?
If you want to round out the year with even more festively over-the-top food, head for The Fifth Quarter in Cork City.
Much-loved locally for her delicious Egyptian cuisine, Nivene Sadick’s Cairo2Cork has launched what might be its most chaotic-brilliant idea yet: The BYOB (Build Your Own Bag).
The concept is simple and kind of genius. You rock up with a bag of your favourite crisps — Tayto, Doritos, Monster Munch, no judgement here — and hand it over. From there, Cairo2Cork turns your humble bag into a full-on street food monster, loading it up with salad, sauces, meats, rice, mac and cheese, fries… basically anything that fits and then some.
For €12, the rules are minimal and the freedom is maximum. Your bag. Your toppings. Your rules. Here’s a peek at how your bag might look:

Want spicy chicken, garlic sauce, fries and mac and cheese in a bag of cheese and onion? Done. Feeling adventurous and throwing rice into the mix? Also done. This is snack anarchy in the best possible way.
It’s messy, indulgent, wildly customisable and exactly the kind of thing you didn’t know you needed until now. Equal parts late-night craving solution and social media gold, the BYOB crisp bag is peak food-truck energy.
