Owner, pastry chef and stylist Ramune, has been wowing Cork sugar addicts with her over-the-top cakes and desserts since 2013.

Lately however, she’s turned the wow factor up a few extra notches, turning out baked creations that look like they’ve been plucked from the pages of a premium wedding magazine for receptions, birthdays and events.

Her whimsical creations are popping up at the best parties in the south – and we can’t get enough of them on Instagram.

Artfully iced in pastels and shimmering metallics, Ms Cupcake’s cakes arrive piled high with accessories, from sliced fresh figs and berries to honeycomb, herbs and fresh flowers.

They’re a work of art in themselves, so don’t order one if you’re determined the birthday boy or girl should get all the attention.

And believe us; they taste as magnificent as they look; all cupcakes and cakes are freshly baked the day before delivery using natural ingredients; butter, eggs, honey, flour and sugar, carefully sourced from local suppliers.

Only then can the decorating begin…

Ramune started her business Ms Cupcake Cork five years ago, building her menu to now offer a choice of more than 100 cupcake flavours for weddings and other special occasions.
