This Cork animal charity is looking for kindhearted Jeep drivers

Prepare to have your heartstrings tugged.
Attention all jeep owners with a deep affection for our four-legged friends; My Lovely Horse Rescue Cork, a Cobh horse rescue charity, is sending out a call for drivers to join their ranks of animal-loving heroes.
The shortage of drivers has reached a critical point, prompting My Lovely Horse Rescue Cork to issue a passionate public appeal for individuals with the appropriate driver’s license to tow a trailer to step forward as volunteers.
The drivers will need their own four-wheel drive vehicle and towbar but fuel expenses will be generously covered.
My Lovely Horse Rescue Cork is a registered charity that rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes equines and other animals in need. They also assist authorities in moving equines to a place of safety, advocating for the enforcement of animal welfare legislation, and educating the community about responsible horse ownership.
Leading the charge at My Lovely Horse Rescue Cork is the remarkable Kelly Mellerick. She emphasised the urgency of their cause to YayCork, outlining that the more compassionate drivers they can bring on board, the lighter the load and the more love they can spread throughout the community.
“Ideally, we want a horse in need to come to us – they require veterinary care and the safe haven of a rescue,” she said.
