Two Cork hotels have reached the finals of the Great Carvery Competition 2018.
The Rochestown Park Hotel in Douglas (last year’s winner) and the Castle Hotel, Macroom are in the running for the national title, after their carvery dinners were rated on both the quality of their ingredients and their chef’s attention to detail.
Provincial pub and hotel winners will be announced on September 10th, followed by the crowning of the overall KNORR Great Carvery Hotel and KNORR Great Carvery Pub of the Year titles on September 21st.
