These festive Wreath Workshops are happening in a Ballincollig coffee shop

Ballincollig has officially hit Peak Festive.
With the Christmas tree twinkling in the Square and a Tidy Towns trophy glittering in their display cabinet, now there’s another reason to visit this Christmas.
Floral artist Jill Wilde is hosting a series of Wreath Workshops in the town on Monday evening, November 25th, Tuesday morning, November 26th and Tuesday evening, December 3rd, 2024 in the cosy setting of Nosh in the Castlewest Shopping Centre.
Imagine the scent of cinnamon and pine needles thick in the air, and Mariah Carey on low in the background: yes, it’s wreath season, and if there’s one thing the holidays demand, it’s that we all wield floral wire, pine cones, and hot glue like the craft-happy elves we secretly are.
These aren’t just any wreaths, mind you. This is artisanal wreathing, a chance to get your hands on some luscious greenery and berries and emerge with a masterpiece worthy of your front door — or at the very least, your Instagram.
Plus, for the cost of buying a wreath this year, you can learn how to craft your own for just a few euros next Christmas.

So, if you’re ready to transform your holiday decor and impress your nosy neighbours, book a workshop (€75) here. You can also email Jill directly (wildworkshop@gmail.com) for group/corporate bookings.
Sip a cappuccino, wrestle with some holly, and leave feeling like a festive Michelangelo.
