This year, Rebel City Distillery and Second Street Bake Shop have decided that love deserves a little more bite.

The duo has teamed up to create a one-of-a-kind treat for sweethearts and chocoholics: Absinthe-infused chocolates.

Claire Keane, the sweet wizard behind Second Street Bake Shop, has taken her expertise to new, intoxicating heights, teaming up with Bhagya Barrett’s bold spirits from Rebel City Distillery.

The result? Decadent chocolates that balance the rich, velvety sweetness of cocoa with the rebellious, aniseed-flavored notes of absinthe.

As part of the collaboration, the absinthe-infused chocolates will be offered as a complementary sweets for all guests attending visitor experiences at Rebel City Distillery over Valentine’s weekend ( February 14th and 15th).
