There’s a new pink gin on the market… and it’s made in Cork

Pink gin is the lady drink du jour… and the newest blend on the market is made in West Cork.
The Beara Distillery in Castletownbere has released a limited edition Pink Ocean Gin that’s just perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Infused with cranberry and rosewater, it has a floral complexity and a fruity tartness. Just like the original Beara Ocean Gin, it’s made using salt water and sugar kelp, which adds a unique blend of native sea flora to the flavour profile.
The company recently got the seal of approval from none other than Graham Norton, who proclaimed Beara Ocean Gin ‘delicious’ so this limited edition bottle is guaranteed to fly off the shelves.
Graham recommended the tipple to his 300k Instagram followers last month, having enjoyed a G&T or two over Christmas.
The Beara Distillery quite rightly believe the cure for everything is sea air and salt water. We’ll add pink gin to that list too please.
You’ll find Beara Pink Ocean Gin in Bradley’s Off Licence on North Main Street or online here.
