There’s a magical new pumpkin patch opening in West Cork this autumn

A new autumnal attraction is coming to Ardfield near Clonakilty – and it sounds like the perfect excuse for a vibey day out.
St. James’ GAA in Ardfield has announced plans to transform its grounds into The Pumpkin Pitch, a brand-new autumn and Halloween experience. The GAA grounds will be given a full seasonal makeover, with pumpkins, autumn colours, creative displays, themed areas and plenty of photo opportunities.
Organisers say visitors can expect a mix of autumn vibes, pumpkins, Halloween, family fun and a little bit of magic, with the club teasing that it has “big plans” for the event.
