There’s a free outdoor Christmas SingAlong Social happening on this Cork street

This will be absolutely lovely if the weather plays ball.
SingAlong Social, the event that brings sing-along parties to people who can’t sing all over the country, is popping up in Cork for a very special little gig this December.
On Sunday, December 7th, the Craic Mechanics are asking Cork folk to gather en masse on the Counting House Plaza (that’s the mock-Tudor building located on South Main Street) at 4pm for a free festive sing-along that’s guaranteed to get you in the spirit.
“All we want for Christmas… is youuuuuuuuuuuu (decked out in glitter and tinsel)!” the SingAlong Social crew posted on Instagram.

“Get ready to rock around the Christmas pop charts as we jingle all the way through Mariah, Wham, East 17, Cher and all your guilty-pleasure faves. No microphones, no judges, no pressure – just Fairytale of Craicmas levels of fun, glitter and shared joy!”
Come for the songs – stay for the festive mayhem. See you there at 4pm.
