The Scenic Cinema is returning to the gardens of Cork City Gaol with three great movies

Scenic Cinema has announced its next pop-up movie event; an Outdoor Cinema Day at Cork City Gaol on Saturday, May 27th, 2023.
Three top-notch movies have been announced: Toy Story (2pm), The Greatest Showman (4.30pm), and The Dark Knight (7.30pm), with moviegoers set to enjoy an unforgettable open-air cinematic experience in the gardens of one of the city’s most atmospheric locations.
“The Cork City Gaol is one of Cork’s most popular attractions, and this event will provide a unique opportunity to experience the historical site in a different light.” the Scenic Cinema crew told us.

The garden area will once again be transformed into an outdoor cinema with seating and a large LED screen and guests are welcome to bring blankets and cushions to ensure maximum cosy vibes for the flick.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase from local vendors, and you can also bring your own picnic along if you prefer.
