The Marina Market is now home to an adorable Book Exchange
There’s no shortage of things to do down there.
But now you can add hunting for new reads to the list of fun family-friendly activities available at the Marina Market – they’ve just launched their very own Book Exchange.
Located next to 021 Soutlfood, across from JB Barber’s at the busy Ballintemple food hub, the newest zone of the market features large open shelves where visitors can leave books they are no longer using and trade them for new titles.

The intention is to create a collection of books for adults and children so bring along your old books (it’s a great excuse for a declutter) to help ensure there’s something there for everyone.
“Looking for your next great read? Pop down and explore a world of stories! Loan out books you’ve finished or take a new one off the shelves.” the Market crew announced on Instagram.
“We would please ask for no magazines, newspapers, textbooks or encyclopedias, thank you!.”
